Students grades 9th-12th of Calhoun Middle High School participated in the "Drinking and Driving" Program. They got a close look at what could happen if they partake in underage drinking and driving, especially during this time of year. Prom is here and with graduation fast approaching they got a first hand look at the dangers of drinking and driving under the influence. The students engaged in a mock crash with EMS, Calhoun Fire Dept., and HealthNet. The students acted as the crash victims, while our emergency crews assisted to make it more realistic. This holds an important message to our teens not to drink and drive. Thank you Calhoun Fire Dept., EMS, HealthNet, and everyone who helped create this emergency scenario for our students.
