Summer School Field Trip

This was a wonderful field trip!  The campers explored the Smoke Hole Caverns, Seneca Rocks and Black Waterfalls.  There were formations that were breathtaking and so old, they took millions of years to form.  The refreshing 55° air, combined with the spectacular views were much appreciated.  Our campers sifted for gems and took home an impressive collection.

We had lunch and viewed the Seneca Rocks, then headed to Blackwater Falls and were treated to a spectacular view. The air was cool under the canopy of the forest and a wonderful way to cap off a special experience.
