The middle school stem class, led by Student Teacher Sam Hall, learned about nature this week. One of the things they learned about was camouflage. The activity they did to go along with their lesson was camouflaging butterflies to match the room. Once the students were done Mr. Johnson, Mr. Frail , and Mr. Batton came in and played the part of the bird, which is a predator to butterfly. They came in and searched around the room for the butterflies. Mr. Johnson successfully found all the butterflies in less than 20 minutes. Mr. Batton was successful after 25 minutes. Mr. Frail, on the other hand, wasn’t as successful. It took him around an hour to find them all and had to have some hints. Can you find the butterflies in these pictures?
