Calhoun Board of Education held their regular monthly meeting on Monday, February 14, 2022 and during that meeting recognized the following employees for their accomplishments.
Chris Lacy, Calhoun County Schools Bus Operator, was recognized for going Above and Beyond the Call of Duty for his help in rescuing a young lady in need after his bus run one evening. Chris assisted in getting the young lady onto his bus, warmed up and delivered to authories that could assist her further.

Also recognized was Carissa Yoak, 4th Grade Teacher at Pleasant Hill Elementary, for being recognized by Glenville State College as their Outstanding Student Teacher Fall 2021.
