Calhoun County Schools and their partners, Communities In Schools and Save the Children came together for an evening filled with excitement. Despite the cold weather, the children enjoyed picking and decorating their own pumpkins, playing games that included pumpkin tic-tac-toe, bowling, spider/witch ring toss, sack race, lollipop picking, and more. There was also a photo prop, book nook, storybook walk, face painting, and so much more. Congratulations to Aubrey Collins on winning the grand prize, a Kindle Fire, from the lollipop picking game. Thank you to our local Girl Scout Troop #38205 for providing snacks and hot chocolate.
