The West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Administration(WVABCA) is pleased to announce the 10th annual NO School Spirits PSA(Public Service Announcement) contest. Middle school and high school students attending public and private schools are invited to take part. Motivated students are invited to submit video entries that address the dangers associated with drinking and driving and underage consumption. Deadline for submission is December 16, 2022.
