Good morning! There will be an additional Meghan's Law/ Parent-Volunteer training offered Thursday, February 1, 2024, at 1:30 PM. This training will take place at CMHS. Tips to help your child succeed in school: Addressing Attendance.



Attendance is very important for the overall success of a student's academic achievement. While we do understand some absences are unavoidable and necessary, attendance is very important. For students to succeed, they must be present. Please, see some statistics below on the impact of student's missing school.


All buses will be running regular routes tomorrow.

This message is an important message for families of students who ride buses 9,10,11 and 20. These busses will run their alternate routes on Wednesday January 24th. Thank you for working with us to ensure your child's safety.

Busses 10,11,6,9,and 20 will run alternate routes on Tuesday January 23rd.

Calhoun County Schools will be on a 3 hour delay tomorrow January 22nd. Custodians, maintenance and mechanic's are to report at their normal time. The following buses are running alternate routes: 10, 26, 6, 20, 8, 5, 9,11.

All Calhoun County Schools will be closed on Friday January 19th. Enjoy the snow day go out side and play.

Bus #6 students will not be traveling up Crummies Creek this morning. Students will need to meet the bus at the end of Crummies Creek. Thank you.

Bus #9 will be running their alterative route this morning. Bus #9 will be turning at Hughes Fork. Thank you.

Bus 20 and Bus 10 will be running there alternative routes tomorrow January 18th.

Calhoun County Schools will be on a 3 hour delay tomorrow January 18, 2024.

Calhoun County Schools wil be closed on Wednesday, January 17. We will be operating on a Code Red. Please stay safe and warm.

The Calhoun County BOE meeting, originally scheduled for this evening, January 16th, has been rescheduled to Thursday, January 18th, 2024 at 5:30 PM at the board office.
