Bus 14 Marshal Bever is running about 30 minutes behind schedule.

We would like to welcome all families with children 3 to 5 to join our Kindergarten Readiness Group.

Due to the West Virginia Department of Highway changing the weight limit on the green bridge on Rt.7 that cross Steer Creek, we will not be able to cross the bridge. Bus #2 will be turning at the wide spot near Sassafras Road at 7:10 am and in the afternoon at 4:15 pm. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

During each workshop, you will engage in meaningful conversations that acknowledge the caregivers' interest, strengths, and goals by aligning them with the topic of discussion. This will be followed by information sharing, practical activities, and reflection.

Bus 23 will not run tomorrow November 29th. Bus 29 will pick up those students who ride bus 23. Students who live on Munday Road will need to be at the end of the road by 7:00am.

Our Early Learning Empowerment Group is having another parent workshop session this Wednesday evening at the Calhoun FRN starting at 4:30. Everyone with children ages 3 to 5 are encouraged to take advantage of this workshop.

1st graders were rewarded with 30 minutes of free time for having the highest attendance percentage for the month of October.

Communities in Schools and Expanded School Mental Health had our last of eight sessions of Journey of Hope with a great group of 4th grade students and a celebration.

Todays after school activity WILD Wednesday is going to be moved to a later date. After school students will be staying at their respective schools today. Thank you.

Good afternoon, we wanted to remind everyone that Friday October 27 is homecoming. All students will be transported to the homecoming parade on Friday October 27th. The parade will start at 2:30. After the parade we will dismiss from Grantsville. Parents/Guardians please be at the bus stops a little earlier on Friday. Students who live on Phillips Run will ride bus 9 Friday after the parade. The homecoming game is at 7:00, homecoming activities will be at halftime.
